Commercial-grade capability to clean heavy-duty industrial and automotive restoration items. We strip panels, engine bays, chassis and full body shells back to bare metal — faster and cleaner than sanding, without heat distortion, and leaving every surface ready for primer. Wet or dry process, with blasting media selected per job: garnet for heavy rust and paint removal, crushed glass for clean panel prep, walnut shell for aluminium and sensitive surfaces.
Small and sensitive items cleaned in our professional blast cabinet. The controlled environment protects threads, precision surfaces and fragile parts while delivering a consistent finish.

Based in Sydney, MI Blasting was established in 2018 out of Phil's frustration in finding reliable and fairly priced servicing for the smaller jobs that keep personal restoration projects moving. Having everything blasted at once can be overwhelming — and unnecessary. MI Blasting brings a high standard to every job that comes through the door, small or large.

We don't accept walk-in work. Every job is booked in advance so we can commit to the turnaround times we actually keep — and hold ourselves to them.
